Looks like the high pressure is not leaving anytime soon, so the wind outlook is not very promising.

NOAA shows light wind at Skyline this afternoon (9 mph). However, the winds aloft and ikitesurf don't look very promising.

There is a chance of north wind at Rush. If you check the 2 week record it shows wind almost every afternoon between 2 and 4. May be light, but rideable.

Pineview is probably the best place for rides. However, I am not sure how the minor front that is passing overhead will affect the wind. May dampen the flow this afternoon as any cloud cover will lessen the temperature differential between the mountains and the valleys.

How'd it go on PV today. Saw Auggie down there around 5pm, said he'd been out most of the afternoon and not as good as yesterday.

Pineview was very good. The wind came up from the west around 2. It was funky and switchy from 2 until 4 and then it filled in a with a steady 15 mph breeze. I stayed until 5 and then packed it up. My wife had a blast on a 3M trainer. All in all, it was a nice afternoon.
