Workin for the weekend
Posted: Fri Mar 09, 2007 8:41 amwhat's everybody's plans for the weekend? i'm burning to get a kite up somewhere, but nothing is looking promising right now. skyline looks like it might be big kitable tomorrow though.
i'm bummed becuase i missed the snowkite masters last weekend. i had a stupid business trip planned to Vancouver, BC. and the worst part is it was dumping there and i couldn't talk my dad (and boss) into staying an extra day and skiing. i just hope all this responsibility stuff pays off this spring and next year when hopefully i will have more time for this stuff.
so, what's everybody's plan this weekend? i'd like to be able to ride at strawberry instead of making the trek to skyline, but i need to kite too... i'm available for anyone who wants to carpool anywhere.
speaking of the skyline and the masters race, i'm curious to see how all the locals did. did anyone post a complete results list anywhere? i'm not sure i know the guy from SLC who podiumed in the skiing race.
