Rick and Les-
What do you think about the "King of the mud?" We can do an on call thing like the carp crossing when we have a good south wind forecast. We can make it an expression session thing or run heats if the wind is good.

Jason/Ryan/Jake, "just-do-it". "just-hurry", before the mud dries up. I'm heading to cali for a week or so with a visit to sherman island and maybe pismo. I fear rush will be mush when I get back. Good luck, be safe, keep it on the water.

I was thinking of next spring. I was at Rush today and it won't be around much longer. I am willing to organize the event.

Maybe another month. The funny thing is that everyone starts riding Utah Lake when you have to start walking through the mud to get to the water at Rush. I personally think Rush enters into it's prime this time of year. The water becomes glassy flat as the subsurface weeds prevent the water from rippling up.

Sorry Kenny, I get nervous when my name popps out to help with something I know little about. I think its a great idea. Cool to see excitement about kiting events. Definately make it happen, it will blossom into a good time years to come, as long as the water and wind make their annual appearance.

Utah Lake has really turned on the past week or two. I prefer Utah Lake to Rush on a good north anyday. Soon as it switches south I'll be back at Rush. We have had some good North at Rush this year, however.
