Monday Forecast

so, with the funky winds last week and my social calendar, i seem to have become a bit of a laughing stock for showing up to a windless beach. Deer Creek saturday kind of put the icing on the cake for me. i officially have sunk back into kookdom with my weather forecasting, or at least not being cool enough to not show up at the beach unless its honking. well friends, this is not going to happen anymore! am i going to be that cool guy and only show up when it's 20+? hell no! i'm just going to not stretch for those chancy sessions anymore and not sweat those can my social agenda won't allow.

on that note- anybody know what the word is this week? i deeply miss craig and his very informative posts. looks like the north is going to hit tonight, at the expense of missing my monday afternoon workout for the third week in a row. add the previous two monday night skunks and i'm a bitter man this morning. anybody have any info on the weather pattern the rest of the week? i would hate to miss the one night it blows north to sit on my arse all week.....

you da man

Better to get skunked on the beach then off the beach! You will be rewarded with wind.

Never wait for wind, only for a chance to ride!

So, what is the call. Wind as of four shows the provo airport at 12 SW and Bluffdale at 10 N. That means at Lindon there isn't any wind, right? Still looking for my first ride this Sept.

mike dont feel bad i am so hard up i left work early only to turn around at deercreek with gut feeling it would not happen, yesterday i wish i would have gone to utah lake instead of dc. the one thing i like about our community is we do sometimes text eachother about where to go or how it is. I wish we would do it more. it is nice to know others are going to be there or are as hard up...
