it will depend on whether the thermal gets going before
the clouds roll in or not. I probably wouldn't drive for it,
but if I were DCJIM I'd look out my window about 2 PM.
Tomorrow looks like it might be planable at UL on
a North wind PM.
Sunday looking like the only chance is a Lowe effect.
