Rainy, cool, and windless. Just not much potential. Maybe a slim chance for a late afternoon
North at Rush for Kiters.

Tomorrow looks the same.

Friday might be a first chance at DC on 35 degree water brrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

40 degrees actually. The lake is still ice-covered from the Island on South.
