Rush water depth? Stockton city interest?

Just wondering if it's poleable or just kitable? Was hoping for some later runoff to make a difference.

By the way, I just happened last week to sit next to someone on a plane, who lives in Stockton. For what it's worth, he said that the City of Stockton is interested in getting that lake to be a recreation site and that there was talk of drilling another well in Soldier Canyon (?) to supply it. Had heard that not long ago when he was at some meeting at city hall. That's all I got.

At the wind meeting interest in fencing a new line for a farmer. I have three long rolls of barbed wire I'd donate if wanted.

Dimo,
Unfortunately and mysteriously, it's less than knee deep. Not even safe kiting out there already.

Tom,
I'll keep that in mind when I talk to Rush Randy next time.
Unless things change, they wanted electric fence, we'll see.
