I'm heading out to southern New Jersey in the near future. Does anyone know if there are any good riding spots around there this time of year? Where? What kite sizes to bring?

Thanks
-Brad

Sandy hook is northern NJ, and i think green hat operates out of north/central NJ (tho they could probably give you some info). Where are you going?

Toms River and Lakes Bay in West Atlantic City are your best bet. East wind is rare this time of the year, else, the entire ocean side is open for you. But I highly recommend taking the Cape May ferry and head south to Delaware and Maryland where there are excellent bays for Cape Hatteras like conditions. Bring big kites!

Thanks for the info everyone. I'm actually out in Bordentown and it looks like Tom's River is the closest (only an hour). Sandy hook and lakes bay are only 1.5 or less away. Unfortunately I wasn't able to make it all come together (bring my gear and extend my stay). Oh well, next time.
