Residual North wind at UL Launches 2 till 6 PM. Kiters get 15M rides at Lincoln and SSB, WIndsurfers
7.5 at Saratoga Springs Park. Looks like it'll peak about 5 PM. DC will again provide 8/15M wind
for a couple of hours around 3 PM.

I see the Pineview indicators are all pretty strong. Maybe you Kiters should check that out for
a couple of hours of 12M enjoyment.

Tomorrow and Friday look like DC as the best bet. Look for 8/15M conditions from about 3 PM till 6.
