Craig's Where to Ride 10/19

A lot of moisture out there, but still some planable conditions. DC looking like 7.5/12 and up early
(maybe earlier than 11AM) squirrley and cool, it could get down to 6.5/ 10 for brief periods in between
rain. Yuba looking like a good possibility for an AM sesh in the 6.5 range this morning, it will probably taper off around
2 PM. Might be a quick 15M dinner sesh at UL this evening also.

Tomorrow looking like solid 6.5/12 at UL launches from Noon till 6 under 55 degree skies. Windsurfers to Saratoga Springs
Park, Kite boarders should have good conditions on any East or South lake launch.

Weds looks windless.
