Craig's Where to Ride 10/20

The pattern is pretty complicated today, but caution to the wind (yuk yuk)
UL launches looking pretty good this PM. Kiters will see the best 12M wind around Lincoln and ULSSB, but Lindon and the
Boat Harbor will probably hold steady at 15M from Noon till 6 PM. Windsurfers should see pretty good 6.5 from Noon till 6
at Saratoga Springs Park. I'm expecting a Sun break from Noon till 4, which might make the upper 50degree air tolerable.

Tomorrow looks pretty windless.

Thursday looks like another good DC day.
