Utah Lake is up right now (15 - 20 mph). It may fade and then come up again in the afternoon for some wind in the mid-teens. However, it will be cold!
Tomorrow shows some possibility for some cold riding at DC.
Monday - there will be wind at Skyline, in fact there will be wind at Skyline today, tomorrow, and Monday. The problem is snow coverage. This storm doesn't promise much, but you never know with Skyline so keep your fingers crossed!
