Craig's Where to Ride 5/10

Not great conditions today, but it looks like the best day of the next 3. The IR looks like there will be a sun break
from about 11 AM to 3 PM. Combining that with the Jet and Surface flow, could give DC some very gusty
7.5/14M during that period. Then rain comes back into the 60 degree picture.

Tomorrow, might see some North wind AM at Utah lake, but with max highs in the 40s that day with rain,
it might be a good day to work on indoor plans. Likewise.......

Weds looks like North wind with rain and snow showers and 40s air temps.
