Looking Good Today

It sounds good today but I'm trying to decide between Sulphur and Utah lake. I'd rather sail Saratoga Springs north winds for obvious reasons, but Sulphur sounds good today also. They say the front is supposed to pass between 18 and 20 zulu. Which has something to do with G.M.T. Does anyone know what time that is? I don't want to wait all day for the front to pass at U.L. and miss good wind at Sulphur. So call me and help me decide. Tom W. 801-891-2008
