First seemed as though the wind might be for real about 2. Moderate white capping when I arrived at IB. 4.7M sail (in combination with a huge foil) was enough keep me on foil most of the time. Quite steady wind for DC. Water temp now a bit under 70ºF. Sharing the fun were a couple of wingers and numerous kiters, most of them foiling.
