5/24 Rocky Point 7.5m 145/109 liters

With Craig's forecast for a "solid north" at UL, arrived at 3:15, rigged a 7.5, slogged for about 25 yards, got on a plane and stayed planning for the next 4 1/2 hours. Started on the Carve 145, wind continued to build a little, spent the rest of the day on the Fanatic 109. Emmanuel arrived shortly therafter and started ripping back and forth, then Ken on a 6.7 making mad dashes to the east side of the lake, and Kevin trying out a new board, 4 sailors in all, a great afternoon. Left at 8:00 with the wind still strong and consistent (not a hole, not a slog all afternoon!). A wonderful afternoon at Rocky Point (could it be one of the last???). All I can say is "solid". Nice call Craig!

John you're the Man!!! I thought I was tough for sailing non stop for 2h30' but you are a monster with genetically modified arms !!..

I agree that was one sweet session!!
(Used 95lx60cm and 6.7 and could barely hold on by the end as the wind never showned the slightest sign of backing off but instead only seem to be getting stronger!!!)

Sweeeet :)
