went for the mid day 2pm shift, cloud cover prevented a flow through. Due to higher water DC has spread out the boats, there were parking spots at 2pm. Charleston Bridge was almost sailable, seemed more westerly. Waited an hour, didn't fill in, Milo made his semi annual appearance and he always gets skunked! Layne/Cindy were working the late shift, they might have gotten wind as Sundance of course did 23+ by 4:30pm and SLC was free of clouds. Freed was smart to go to Wendover...
