UWA Sulfur Gathering

Postby Trip Houk » Mon Aug 29, 2005 2:34 pm

Thanks to Sara and Linda for helping organize the Sulfur camp-out. It's a testemonial to the quality of the people associated with this group that the participants could find something to praise in a weekend almost totally bereft of wind. I can still Jerry saying "it doesn't get better than this"
The great hospitality and congeniality of this group was well worth the drive. We made some new friends, learned a few things (thanks to Sara and her rigging and cleaning tips) and got to witness a breath taking sunset. Even Rick managed to retain his good humor despite donating a sail. Hope to see you all again on the water soon. 8)
