Knowing I had to be off the lake at 4:00pm must have made the agony of waiting for wind worse. I came within 30 minutes of being completely skunked. After getting to the lake at 12:30 the wind finally came through at 3:30. Luckily I had already rigged and was on the water when the wind switched. The wind was light so I got exactly 3 planing rides and jibes before I had to leave. As I left the lake the wind was still blowing. Well could have been worse if the wind did not blow at all and like everyone is saying the fall colors in provo canyon made the trip to the lake enjoyable.
