9/23 Jordanelle 7.0 - 5.7

As I was pulling in to Jordanelle there were a few wind lines but not enough to sail. As I was paying I made sure they would refund my $9 if it wasn't windy enough and I came right back. When I got down to the water the wind had totally filled in. Steady 7.0 for about an hour then the wind notched up and I switched to 5.7. I quit because I was tired, the wind was still blowing when I left. Pretty warm, nice colors.

2pm start, and it only blew for 1/2 an hour! No clouds, guess the wind moved to Jordanelle...

So much for local knowledge. Pretty much the entire Heber Valley windsurfing community (the Bradshaws, George Ward, Judy Collins, Mike Hill) were at the Island, and except for Angie Bradshaw (who got on the water first thanks to her rigging slave) we all basically got skunked.
