Craig's Where to Ride 10/22

I'm still thinking 13M Lowe Effect at Pineview PM for Kiters. There's also pretty good potential for South end UL Kiting
a couple of hours before dark in the 15M range. Remember it's cold out there.

Tomorrow really looks windless, but by Friday, DC should be the call.
