Question for the experts (Craig or Kenny),
Trying to make the choice for tomorrow (8/15). Will the wind be decent on the water (DC or UL)? More importantly, if not, will snow (Skyline) have a better chance?
Thanks. Much appreciation- love the forecasts!

You might get lucky at Skyline today. High pressure is building, but there is some residual wind. I would go if you don't mind killing the afternoon hanging out in the sunshine or going cross-country skiing. I would say the probability of rideable wind for at least a couple hours this afternoon is around 70% and the wind will be light.
I will let Craig handle the water side.
