DC looking planable in the 7.5/14 range 11 AM till 3 or 4, but degrading rapidly around 4. UL and Rush looking like
planable North wind in th 7.5/14 range from about 3 PM till dusk, a little gusty with the Western cant.
Air temps in the 60s.
Tomorrow, Rush is the only hope for afternoon NW winds in the 8/16M range.
Thursday another approaching front kicks DC back into gear for gusty 7.5/14 PM
