DC looks like the best call today, but it won't be great. Overnight temps last night weren't that cold,
and some cloud cover today will make for a less that ideal thermal. Still, I think by 2 PM there's
good potential for 8/16M planable conditions. Watch the Dam Meter http://mesowest.utah.edu/cgi-bin/droman ... type=LOCAL and get it when it 1st comes up.
Slim chance for some light late afternoon Rush Kiting in the 16M range.
Tomorrow, a small front stalls just to the North of Utah and kicks South winds up a notch. DC looking 7.5/14ish from late morning through most of the day, with holes and gusts toward
late afternoon as the clouds roll in. Grantsville AM looking 6.5 and will probably hang in
until 1 or 2 PM. Slim chance for PM Mona in the 7.5 range. Air temps in the mid 70s.
Mother's Day, the front breaks on through around mid day, so Grantsville will be up AM in the 5.5 range,
and over around Noon. DC will be up early, maybe around 11 AM in the 6.5/12 range and will
squirrel out by mid afternoon. Rush will switch North late afternoon for some planable 6.5/12.
but the air will be back in the low 60s with rain possible.
