Planable NW wind today. Best bet is probably Rush for 7/14M winds most of the day, but peaking
around 2 PM under cloudy 59 degree skies. UL launches should have pretty steady NW 7/14 winds
most of the day also, but I'd go in the PM to get the most of the air temp.
Tomorrow cool cloudy skies, with good potential for DC 7.5/14 in the PM.
Weds, more planable North wind at Rush and UL.
