North wind is disappointing today (especially after the honker yesterday).
Maybe some Rush rides around 3 PM in the 8/16M range on gusty
WNW winds. DC might have a few planable 9.5/18M puffs around 2PM from the SW, and Lincoln might
cough up a huge kite planer or 2 around 6 PM.
Tomorrow looks better for an after work sesh at Rush and UL in the 7/14M range.
Thursday more potential for an after dinner planer or 2 at Rush and UL.
