High wind warning PM. AM winds look like 4.2 at Grantsville, and it will hold all day, maybe
getting to 3.7 and gusty PM. Willard looks like 4,7/9M conditions this AM. Rush looks like
like 5/10 AM, By PM , there will be a lot of wind at most locations. Look for powered 3.7
and gusty at Grants, Maybe 3.2 and trainer kite material at Rush, Willard looks like 4.2/8,
Mona will be on in the 6/10M range. DC up around 11 AM in the 5.5/10M range, and UL
launches see gusty South winds in the 6/12M range. Be smart about the conditions, there
is a lot of rain out there, and even with the 60 degree air temps you need to stay warm. You
might see some 60MPH gusts in the Rush valley, that's a lot of wind to be exposed to
especially on a kite, watch the horizon and stay alive.

Tomorrow residual South wind in the 6M range at Grantsville AM, and 6/12M PM winds at Rush,
and 40 degree air temps, plus more rain.

Monday the wind turns North in the 6/12M range at Rush and UL PM, with more 40 degree
air temps, and less rain.
