4 Nov Sherwin's Deer Creek Microcast

I can't see any good reason why today would be different than yesterday. It was a little warmer in Heber last night, so that's not helping. Noaa has the same direction and velocity of push, but starting earlier. Maybe enough wind to make you think about it from 2-5.

That said, yesterday was pretty crappy if you didn't have a yacht with foot long fins, or a fat nugget, or a friggin LANDBOARD! OH my God I haven't had so much fun at 4mph ever. If you have a Mtn Board with 5 inch wheels, it could be fun. If you don't have any of the previously mentioned toys, I'd probably go ride a bike.

Billy rode 15 + RaceBoard, John rode 15+ nugget, Andy 16? RaceBoard, Brad and Jim rode a bit. I body dragged out a bit and got on plane with my narrow surfboard - needed another knot or three. I got out of the water before the tears made Deer Creek Salty. Then I got on the landboard and had all sorts of fun looking like a three year old.

Fished up at Strawberry and the wind was steady 9m maybe 11m from around noon till 3:30. Air was warm enough but the thought of getting in the cold water after being sick Friday and Saturday kept me fishing. The low water level has made for a good launch area around Chicken Creek.
