Your best bets today are Skyline and Strawberry. Both should have wind in the low to mid-teens. Before you just run out the door, you need to be prepared. The snow is deep and wind-blown. Therefore, you are going to need a big board and kite combo or you are going to just get bogged down. It is also going to be very cold with temps near zero. Plus, there may be some snow flurries though out the day. So, it is NOT a good day to teach your wife, girlfriend, or anyone else you care about because they will be miserable in the cold and deep snow. If you don't have a long, fat board and a very big, powerful kite, you may find it frustrating as well. Skyline has the better coverage both will have deep snow.

Sunday is looking low-teens at best for Skyline and Strawberry with Skyline more favored for wind. Super frigid air temps.

Monday is promising low to mid-teens for Skyline and Strawberry. More super frigid air temps.
