2/25 Kenny's Where to Ride

Postby Kenny » Mon Feb 25, 2013 10:57 am

Summary: a minor front is approaching tonight bringing snow overnight and clearing winds tomorrow. Another minor front on Wednesday and then high pressure fills into the area.

Light winds today, your best bet is PowMow with wind in the mid-teens. Skyline should give up rides with low-teens.

Tuesday is looking excellent with the storm clearing out Skyline and Strawberry should both fire with wind in the mid to upper-teens. It also happens to be the night of a full moon. So, if the skies are clear you may have the rare opportunity of riding under a full moon. Skyline is probably the better choice for night time wind, but it may happen at Strawberry as well.

Wednesday is looking light, PowMow is looking most favored for wind.
