Well, it's not in the cards for that UL day I was hoping for, but DC does have Jet stream
Support, so, as strange as it may seem, there is a chance for 8/16 M conditions at DC.
Otherwise, for windsurfers, Sulfur is the best bet with fairly steady 6M sail conditions
Noon until 5.
Tomorrow looks like a Sulfur only day with 6M sails PM.
