Another desperation 9/18M day at DC is your best hope, but it might be a little better than yesterday.
PC to MC skies and mid 60s.

Tomorrow, gustier stronger DC conditions in the 7/14M range up in the late AM, and degenerating
to wild gusts and holes by late afternoon. A brief period of Kiteable North wind at Rush mid
afternoon in the 14M range. Again Mostly cloudy with some rain potential.

Thursday another rainy front approaches with DC wind again, but probably not very good
quality.
