If anything planable happens, it'll happen at Rush late afternoon. Might be
enough North wind to get planning on a 16M kite around 4PM.
Tomorrow, Rush might get you some PM 16M kite conditions, or you could
scratch out an anorexic dinner sesh at UL in the 9/18M range.
Weds more windless conditions.
