7/19 Craig's poor quality wind

Grantsville is pretty much over with by now, but there cloud still be brief
periods of planable wind at DC 1 until 5 between rain and T-heads in the 8M sail range.
I wouldn't recommend those conditions for Kiting because of the risk. Actually
I'm not recommending it for Windsurfing either.

Tomorrow and Tuesday, windless.
