4/16 Craig's still too cold for liquid

Still way to cold for liquid rides, though Rush will have pretty good PM NW wind this afternoon as the rain/snow
clears out and you're left with 35 degree air temps this afternoon. Better bet is strong Westerly ridgetop
winds at Snowkiting locations.

Tomorrow, winds turn more Northerly, but it's still too cold (and wet) for liquid rides.

Thursday, clouds clear out and the air temp might hit a balmy 45 degrees, with Rush
the only possibility to ride in life threatening cold.
