4/17 Craig's Still Frigid

It's still too cold for liquid rides, but there should be solid North wind (and possibly a thin layer of ice)
today at Rush all day in the 4.5/8M range. Likewise UL launches will have similar conditions from
about 11 AM until 6PM. WIth a few fluries, clouds, and air temps barely making 40 degrees,
the smart move is to head for the mountains and solid ground.

Tomorrow more NW wind at Rush in the 6/12M range PM and air temps still in the low 40s.

Friday, Grantsville AM, and DC PM planable conditions as the mid day temp boosts to a still cold
but survivable 55 degrees.
