Cold this AM, but rapid warming and high pressure will make for planable conditions at DC, Rush, and Pineview
this afternoon. Look for DC to be 7.5/14 from 1 until 4. Rush will be similar from the NW. Lowe Effect
at Pineview PM for potential 14M Kite conditions. Air temps flirt with 60 degrees.
Tomorrow DC PM 7.5/14 and warmer air.
Saturday looks like South wind early at DC and North wind late at UL.
