Monsoonal flow for the next 3 days makes for inconsistent (maybe dangerous) winds, with rain (maybe hail)
and lightning possible. The base wind is SW, so if you find yourself lucky enough to be at DC without
clouds and T-storms you might get 8/16M conditions PM. Wind riding is not recommended.
Kiters be very wary, and keep an eye to the sky.
