7/13 Craig's SSDD

Same Story Different Day. Monsoonal flow, base SW wind 10-15MPH, potential rain, maybe hail and erratic winds around the
T-storms. It's not great. As yesterday, if you get really lucky, DC might cough up enough consistent SW wind for you
to get a ride on an 8/16, or you could just get drenched. Slim chance for dinner 10/21M conditions from the North at UL South
launches, if no interference by T-storms. Kiters, consider what might happen if you had a 21M Kite up and a Mu burst showed
up, before you launch.

Tomorrow, and Monday no change.
