If Rush had water in it you could probably get a ride there in the afternoon on a big Kite. For UL Lincoln beach,
I think you're just going to be frustrated, unless you have a 21 between 4 and 7 PM, as the prevailing North wind
doesn't look to get much above about 8MPH.

Tomorrow just like today.

Saturday, a better shot for Windsurfers at Sulfur Creek in the 7M sail range.
