Still cold and rainy with Northwest wind. Look for Rush to have gusty NW 6/12M winds from 3 until 6.
UL launches should have similar, but maybe a little steadier winds. I expect the skies to clear a little
during the afternoon, and you might get some sun peeks, but air remains a chilly 54 degrees max.

Tomorrow, Spring may finally have arrived as air temps climb to a whopping 62 degrees under partly
cloudy skies, a chance for a North thermal at Rush PM in the 8/16M range, and a chance for
a PM DC thermal in the 8/16M range.

Tuesday looks like a DeerCreek kinda day as air temps flirt with 70 degrees.
