Plenty cold last night in the Heber Valley, the question is whether the day is long enough
for the air to get warm enough to thermal. I'm guessing yes, so look for 7/14M
conditions up at DC from 4 until 6. Sunny skies, but cool air temps.
Tomorrow, DC late PM 8/16 if you're really lucky.
Thursday, my traditional last forecast for the season is for planable DC.
