Gusty WNW winds at Utah lake are your best bet if you dare to brave the cold air and rain/sleet).
Look for 5/10M conditions from Noon until about 4 PM. Winds will gradually become steadier and lighter
throughout the afternoon, and the sun may peek out by 3 or 4, but it will still be cold.
Tomorrow, cold but sunny DC 8/16M conditions PM. air temps may top out around 50 degrees up there.
Saturday, slightly warmer (maybe close to 60) planable DC conditions under sunny skies.
