gusty 8/16 at DC if the sun sneaks out for an hour around 3.
Tomorrow 6M sail conditions at Grantsville AM followed by 7/14M conditions at DC PM. Willard should also
have some 7/14M conditions PM. Sun breaks in the afternoon.
Friday looks like a repeat of Thursday, with a little cooler air.
