You could go to Toxic Lake and hope for 9/18 from 5 until 7. There's
a 25 degree temp diff which is almost enough for a thermal at DC, but
general gradient is actually East to West, so maybe 11/22M conditions from
4 until 6.

Tomorrow, much better potential for 8/16 at DC PM

Thursday, pretty planable conditions at DC.
