With mad pumping skills (and enough clearance for your mast) I think you could get huge foils going at
UL this afternoon from 3 until 6. I don't see any wind that looks finable.
Tomorrow looks like 8/16 PM at DC.
Monday looks like gusty planable SW winds at Grantsville, Willard, DC, Jordanelle, Sulfur Creek, and Utah Lake.
