NW winds at UL stay in the upper single digits, which might be good enough
to Wing (or Foilboard) with a big enough motor (and foil).
Tomorrow, UL looks like late afternoon 8/16.
Monday, look for stronger planable NW winds at Utah Lake and solid west winds at Sulfur Creek.
