1/28 Kenny's Where to Ride

Postby Kenny » Fri Jan 28, 2011 9:18 am

Summary: High pressure dominates today and tomorrow. Sunday the wind picks up in front of a weak storm that arrives on Monday.

Best bet today is high mountain ridgelines for those who own sleds (I expect to see a Marty/Matt post with lots of photos). The desperate may get light wind rides at Pineview in the AM near the dam.

Saturday looks like the best bet is Pineview for light wind rides near the dam.

Sunday the wind picks up and we get some light south wind riding at Skyline and PowMow.

Kenny,
As you know, as a business owner, we go through times we can play a lot, and times we have to work a lot. I'm in a work a lot mode. At least for another few weeks. I'll be free, just in time for the best snowkiting of the year! Longer days, good winds, and more storms passing by.....Yahoo
