Summer is here along with dominant high pressure, and very little wind. DC might cough up
a couple of 1 PM planers if you've got huge (9.5/18M) gear, or you might scratch out a
few 18M Kite rides at Lincoln Beach around 6 PM. Otherwise enjoy warm weather and
think about heading for the Gorge.
Tomorrow looks similar to today.
Thursday, DC looks a little better for PM planers.
