Best bet today looks like Sulfur Creek for 6M sail action from 3-6PM. A slim chance for huge Kite conditions
(like 20M or better) at Lincoln around 6 PM.
Tomorrow Sulfur only 3-6 on 7.5 sails.
Thursday DC has potential for planers again.
